Moon Over the Mountain (2004)

During an artist’s residency in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, I’d watch the moon rise in the evenings, almost blotting out the mountains with its brilliance and enormity. One side of Moon Over the Mountain reflects this moonrise; the other side presents an abstract version of the same.

Book: double-sided accordion-fold book with images printed from cardboard plates on an etching press.

Wrapper: leather over shaped boards, with buttons and leather ties on fore-edge.

Unique binding.
